Through Yujir, Shwetha is developing solutions that help organisations move beyond conventional waste management towards measurable material recovery and circularity.

She brings 18+ years of experience in technology, service management and operational excellence, having worked with global organisations including Infosys, IBM and Michelin. This experience brings a strong systems, process and implementation perspective to the circular economy.
