A certified Tea Expert & Tea Technologist, he has not only extensive Tea experience in various terroirs / Tea gardens within India especially focused on sustainable Practices, but also over 12 years of Industry & Tea training experience.

He is also a Hospitality Tea professional who works closely with F&B teams & Chefs of 5 star hotels & fine dining at workshops to curate creative & diverse Tea experiences ( India & International Tea blends ) from Tea setups, Menus & food pairings to Tea Tastings & creating exclusive House blends for the brands.

In 2021, he was awarded as individual for the Best Tea gifting offering in the Sustainability & Eco friendly Packaging Category. Since past few years he has worked closely with the Tea brands to drive Tea Sustainability – be it in sourcing from Estates with Ethical tea partnerships & Rain forest alliance , sustainability in packaging ie eco friendly & bio-degradeable plastic free packaging of Teas & Tea bags , focussing on wellness Teas, Tea tests for pesticide levels working closely with tea gardens across Indian regions & encouraging local growers where specialty teas can be produced . Making all this part of training workshops & Tea education is part of the brand vision of spreading awareness of this precious beverage in India and globally.
