Detailed information
GMS Plastic Machinery Private Limited is a joint venture with M/s. Gamma Meccanica (GM) S.p.A Italy and Sanghavi Family (S) India. The combined initials stand for GMS which is synonym to quality and excellence. Located approx. 60 kms from South Mumbai the factory has a state of art production facility. The primary objective is customer satisfaction and this can only be achieved with the customer having a firsthand feel of the process.
We have therefore installed a pilot plant at our facility where we take trials with customer’s waste material in the presence of the customer. This material is then returned to be reused on their production line and thereafter converted into an order.
With Polymer prices going thru the roof, availability becoming scarce, and competition demanding lower prices.... the only solution for any processor is to recycle their own waste and reuse back into the production stream. Also the new Plastic Waste Management (PWM) Rules 2016 onwards have enforced Extended Producers Responsibility (EPR) and Post Consumer Recyclate's (PCR) reuse from 20% to 60% in rigid packaging and 10% to 20% in Flexible Packaging by 2030. This will increase demand for quality and high End Recycling Machines made by GMS in India.
We have since 2006 maintained our machine quality standards and made a niche demand for our machines. By 2026 we have already sold 520+ machines to recyclers across the globe.
Use our experience, use our technical expertise and learn how you can turn waste into profits.
