Dr. Prafulla Shinde is a seasoned polymer industry leader with over 18 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, and sustainability-focused innovation across global markets. In his current role, he leads commercial and technical teams across India and global accounts. Previously, he led various sales functions with Dow Chemicals, Mitsui & Cabot Corporation.

Dr. Shinde did his PhD Research (2022–2024) at Swiss School of Business and Management with focus on Circular economy and plastic waste management, and integrates academic insights with industry practice to drive sustainable transformation.
