In his 10 years of professional experience, Chinmay has worked with boutique and large global firms on investment and business advisory, a leading domestic investment bank, and, most recently, a domestic impact-focused buy-side firm. His key work and responsibilities have revolved around performing investment evaluation, transaction advisory, deal sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, monitoring, and managing investments in early/late-stage companies across industrials, financial institutions, the new economy, and impact sectors.

Before joining Circulate Capital, he was associated with Northern Arc Investments, a leading domestic Indian impact investor with focus on new age, fintech, venture debt and impact investment opportunities. Prior to that, Chinmay worked at Edelweiss Investment Banking vertical, advising on equity fund-raising, M&A, and capital market transactions across industrials, logistics, packaging, and other B2B businesses. In his first job at JP Morgan, he worked on strategy and operations and managed global programs under transformation initiatives.

Chinmay Prakash holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in computer engineering and an MBA degree. Chinmay also holds a Charter for FRM (Financial Risk Manager, GARP).
