Utsav Dixit is the Chief Sustainability and Growth Officer at ALPLA India, where he leads initiatives in packaging sustainability, post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials, and sustainable innovation to drive regional growth.

He also serves as Co-chair of the India Plastics Pact, an initiative by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and WWF India.
